Conditions of use
- Valid for six months from date of purchase/ issue.
- Redeemable at Elysian Salon Spa of purchase only.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and not refundable.
- Elysian will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Please keep secure at all times.
- Redeemable for Aveda products and services only.
- All vouchers must be presented prior to service.
- Vouchers are not transferable.
Cancellations
We understand that you may need to change your schedule. We require 24 hours notice when re-scheduling or cancelling.
Any appointments missed or cancelled without notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service.
Acceptance of your appointment includes your acceptance of these terms.
